Prices
All prices are in Taka in Bangladesh. Prices exclude, where applicable, delivery charges, customs duties, and other taxes. We retain the right without notice to change prices.
Payment
On completion of your order, the full payment for your order (including the product price and the applicable delivery fees) will be deducted from your credit card. Delivery will start after processing/validation of the payment. We accept payment through all the online payment methods operating in Bangladesh (see the “Payment” page for more information). Large transactions may involve additional screening and we will need confirmation of key details before we complete the order. We’re going to contact you in this event. This may in some cases delay your order for a short time.
Errors
Mistakes may occur on our website from time to time, such as incorrect pricing, incorrect descriptions and offers for products not available or no longer available. Despite anything else in these Terms, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error to the extent permitted by law. We will notify you and credit your credit card account for the amount charged if your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order.
Availability
Subject to available stock, all products are offered for sale. We may contact you to offer a replacement if an item is out of stock. If you do not accept a replacement item and your credit card is charged for an item out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a credit in the amount charged to your credit card account. If you order goods and some are not in stock, you agree that we will be able to complete that part of your order for which stock is available.
Backorders
Not all products are available on the website. Some products are displayed but not readily available for delivery on the website. When these products are added to the cart, the respective vendor will receive notification and backorder of the product or, if necessary, import the product.
Delivery/Shipping
We’re only shipping in Bangladesh. Shipping costs are determined by destination, weight and shipping method for destinations other than Dhaka. To find out what shipping charges are applicable to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout where the full cost is calculated and displayed before making any payment. It is your obligation at the time of order to enter the correct details of the delivery address. Depending on the destination, most orders should arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipping.
If an order does not arrive by time, emailing healthaidbd13@gmail.com or calling + 8801816202314 is your responsibility to inform us promptly. Once we learn that an order has not arrived within a reasonable period of time, we will lodge an inquiry with the vendor and advise you of any discovered issues.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or failure to deliver and you are not entitled to cancel your order by late delivery. You have the option of receiving your item with or without a receipt signature. You are liable for any loss or damage after delivery if you choose to have the item delivered without a receipt signature.
Free Shipping Promotion
Some vendors may offer free or similar shipping promotions. However, the vendor of your product may cover redelivery costs for exchanges for the first exchange, but he / she is not bound to do that either. Faulty items will be replaced where they are still available with the same item originally purchased. A full refund will be offered for defective items that can not be replaced; vendors will pay all freight charges on defective items.
Damage to Customers
If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, if you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date, we may issue you a credit in the amount paid for the goods or send replacement goods at the discretion of the vendor. As a condition of refund or replacement, we may ask you to provide proof of the damage. We will not be liable for any damaged good; this will be the case with the respective salers.
Damage to salers
We are not liable for any damage (including actual, special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential) caused by the customers to the salers. We create only a bridge between customers and vendors.
Risk
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration of the goods passes on delivery to you in accordance with these terms.
Title
Goods ordered by you remain the property of the respective vendor until you fully pay for them.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and construed according to them. You agree, as we do, to submit to the Dhaka courts ‘ exclusive jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we shall in no event be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damage of any kind in connection with or resulting from the supply of goods or services through this website or the use of such goods or services by any person, including, without limitation, any loss of profits or savings, damage or loss of property or loss of services This exclusion and waiver of liability shall apply to all causes of action, whether on the basis of contract, warranty, torture (including negligence) or other legal theories.

If we are prevented from fulfilling our obligations for longer than a reasonable period of time, we may choose to cancel your order and issue you a credit in the amount paid without further liability to you.
